The location of the hotel was absolutely amazing, with stunning views of the loch and the sea all the way to the nearby towns. It was also conveniently located close to the town center and the beach, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local attractions. the staff at the hotel were incredibly courteous and made sure that everything was super clean and immaculate, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
While there were many positive aspects to our stay, there were a few things that could have been better. the size of the lift was ridiculously small and it was a struggle to fit in with my luggage and the buggy for my baby.

The view from the room was absolutely stunning, overlooking the water. the room was exceptionally clean and tidy, with fresh complimentary bottled water, tea, and coffee provided. the location was perfect, right by the water and within walking distance to various cafes and restaurants.
The check-in process was a bit confusing as we assumed it would be on the ground floor, but it was actually on the fourth floor. once we met the staff, they were extremely helpful and friendly.

One small suggestion for the breakfast option would be to offer a wider variety of choices.

The lift in the hotel is extremely small and can be challenging with multiple pieces of luggage or for those with a stroller, as it doesn't bring you to the check-in floor.
